Key Responsibilities
• Have extensive experience at Head Chef level within a premium restaurant environment.
• Be operationally focused and able to manage a multi-site operation – a central kitchen, a
concessions stand and a new stand-alone venue late 2020 to early 2021.
• Enjoy working with fresh ingredients with a strong background in contemporary cuisine and a keen interest in exotic.
• Have experience in being part of an opening team, and have a drive to be fully involved with the planning of the next venue
Recruitment Of Waiters / Waitress at Ashcroft Aura
Key Responsibilities
• To take control of a section of the restaurant, in relation to all food and beverage orders and requirements. From ordering to delivery.
• To attend to all guest requests, being constantly aware of anticipating guests’ needs and to remain in the restaurant at all times during service.
• Set out tables ready for next guests, clear away any used crockery, cutlery, etc.
• To ensure orders will be taken promptly and food is served in a timely manner as given out sets the standard.
• To prepare appropriate mise-en-place, as polishing cutlery’s, glasses and china ware.
• To approach the guest in the correct manner as stated by the restaurant.
• To have full knowledge of the food and drinks menu, to be able to explain and recommend and sell dishes to our guest.
