The Controller and Accountant Generals Department (CAGD) has issued a new directive on procedures public sector employees must follow to request for changes to be affected by the Controller and Accountant Generals Department.
Thus there has been changes in procedures for correcting and making changes to e-payslip data of public sector workers.

CAGD New Directives On E Payslip Update Requests
The Controller and Accountant Generals Department (CAGD) has made it known that all future changes requested by public sector staff must be put in writing and accompanied by a supporting letter from the requesting staff’s Head of Department or Human Resource Officer.
All staff requesting for changes to be made to their data must attach a copy of the Ghana Card or SSNIT card.
All details and supporting documents are to be sent to any Controller and Accountant Generals Department (CAGD) Regional office for onward submission to Treasury Headquarters.
The Official Release
The release as sighted by us reads as follows:
Dear GoG Employee, Kindly note that henceforth a request for telephone number change and any other request that requires termination of e-payslip user account shall be made in writing accompanied by a letter from the HOD/HR and supported by a copy of the Ghana card/SSNIT card to be submitted to any CAGD Regional office for onward submission to Treasury Headquarters.
