The Ghana Scholarship Secretariat is set to begin its District Scholarship Interviews for shortlisted applicants nationwide. The Scholarship Secretariat’s District Scholarship Interviews is to begin from June 15th,2020.
The Scholarship Secretariat in SMS messages sent to shortlisted applicants who applied for the just ended scholarship application has begun alerting applicants. Applicants will be contacted by their various selected districts on the scheduled date for interviews.

About The Scholarship Secretariat Scholarship
The Online Scholarship Application and Administration System was launched in Accra said to address challenges faced with the previous process. This new system will help increase access,ensure transparency, and enhance service delivery. All existing beneficiaries and new applicants must visit the website address above for a new Scholarship application.
The launched of the Online Portal is in line with President Akufo-Addo’s vision to digitize and formalize the inconveniences that applicants experience seeking government sponsorships and also help the Secretariat in proper and efficient administration of scholarships in the country.
The just ended online application process is expected to award Scholarship to 70,000 people for 2020/2021 academic year
As a result, the Scholarship Secretariat in collaboration with GETfund has made a provision for Eighty Million Ghana CEDI’s (GH$80.000.00) to students in local tertiary institutions.
