According to a statement sighted and dated indicates that the exercise will be undertaken by the District Census implementation Committee (DCIC) and as the chair, management
would like to bring this to your attention.

It is however recommended that a meeting is scheduled among panel members on Tuesday 4th May, 2021 to have a clearer picture of the modalities for this assignment. Guidelines to aid questions to ask and scoring will be made available to facilitate the whole process.

A minimum of three teams will be formed, made up of at most three panel members each. However, since the DCIC members are eight (8), a ninth person must be co-opted from within the assembly to make up the numbers.

During this period, lunch will be served and a daily sitting allowance of One Hundred and Twenty Ghana Cedis (GHC120.00) will be paid to panel members at the end of the exercise.
