Ho Technical University 20th Graduation: Registration, Schedule, List

Ho Technical University officially announces the date schedule and registration procedures for the 20th Congregation (Graduation Ceremony) for the award of Bachelor of Technology (BTech), Higher National Diploma (HND) and other certificates which will be held on Saturday, 7th December, 2019 at 9:00 a.m.

It is announced for the information of graduands of Ho Technical University and the general public that, the 20th Congregation of the University will be held on Saturday, 7th December, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. prompt in the G.M. Afeti Auditorium.

Ho Technical University 20th Graduation Registration Procedures

Graduands who completed their programmes of study in 2019 and wish to be presented should register either personally or via email ([email protected]) with the Admissions Office latest 4:30 p.m on Monday, 2nd December, 2019, by providing the following details:

Each graduand is required to pay congregation fee of GH¢390 (covering hiring of gowns, certificate, Scroll, Transcript, Certified True Copy of the Certificate and Photograph) payment should be made at any branch of GCB Bank LTD, through the Eagle-pay platform by indicating Congregation Fee. An official receipt would be issued by the Bank which must be presented at the Admission Office for registration.

Graduands who wish to register via email should attach scanned copy of the payment receipt.

Graduands who may not attend the congregation shall pay GH¢ 390 before they collect their Certificates.

Graduands will be expected to make their own arrangements for accommodation and meals for themselves and their guests.

Collection of gowns by all registered Graduands
Time: 10:00am – 2:00 p.m.
Venue: Designated Faculty sharing points
Congregation Rehearsal
Time: 2:00 p.m.
Venue: G.M. Afeti Auditorium
