Herewith this process, you will be granted your Unique Consignment Reference (UCR) on the GCNet platform once the clearing agent completely verifies your shipment documents with a successful end.

Attaining the IDF

After attaining the UCR, the next thing to be issued is the Import Declaration Form (IDF). This form will be granted to you as soon as the clearing agent, through the Pre-clearance Assessment Report System, requests the IDF from the Ministry of Trade, using the GCNet platform.

Application for CCVR

After the IDF is attained, the clearing agent on your behalf applies for the Customs Classification and Valuation Report (CCVR) over the WEST BLUE IT platform.

The CCVR assesses the duties due and will reveal or show the risk level assigned to the cargo shipping your car. There are the Red, Yellow, and Green indicators used to represent the risk levels. Green represents a low risk, Yellow represents medium risk while the Red represents a high or dangerous risk.
