Job Responsibilities
To enhance the adoption level of the system at the Entities the Ministry of Communications intends to hire the services of a qualified individual with experience in the implementation of technological solutions that enhances business processes.
He/she must have worked in a project environment and be able to lead one of the three teams within the project.
The Training Team Lead Consultant must independently manage and track activities assigned to the team and ensure quality delivery. He/she will be providing reports to the project manager on a regular basis. He/she shall operate predominately from a central location in Acer and shall have the following responsibilities
Supervise Training team members
Lead team meetings Provide reports on team activities and progress to management
Preparation and Maintenance of training documentations Scheduling of training
Facilitation of the training Training of PPE staff
Training of Suppliers and other stakeholders

He/she will focus on the effective communication of the benefits and improvements that GHANEPS brings to the various stakeholders
