Here is the Salary Increase 2025 table and how to check your salary grade as a government employee in Philippines. This is enacted by the Salary Standardization Law of Philippines

The Salary Increment table is used in the Philippines to determine the payment due government employees.

The salary of government workers is scheduled to increase in four tranches starting from January 2024 up to 2027.

About Salary Increase

The Salary Increase is mandated by the Salary Standardization Law (SSL) 2024, also known as the Salary Standardization Law VI, is a legislation that provides annual salary increases and additional benefits to government employees in the Philippines, Effective from January 1, 2024, until 2027.
The Salary Increase table details components such as basic pay per salary grade and step, allowances, benefits, and performance based incentives.
The Salary Increase system is designed to enhance efficiency and accountability among employees, as well as eliminate the need for individual salary negotiations with superiors.

Who is Eligible for the Salary Increase

The salary increases specified in the Salary Standardization Law are applicable to every civilian government worker, irrespective of their employment status (be it regular, contractual, or casual) or whether they are employed on a full-time or part-time basis. This encompasses employees in the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of government, along with those serving in Constitutional Commissions, other Constitutional Offices, and Government-Owned and Controlled Corporations (GOCCs) not governed by Republic Act 10149.

Salary Increase Table Guidelines

The rates indicated in the above Salary Schedule represent the monthly compensation for regular or contractual personnel, regardless of their appointment type (appointive or elective) and their full-time employment status.
For individuals working on a part-time basis, their compensation will be proportionate to the actual services they provide.
Casual personnel, on the other hand, will receive a daily wage rate calculated by dividing the corresponding monthly salary rate in the aforementioned schedule by twenty-two (22) working days.
Section 8. Salary Adjustment for Local Government Units (LGUs): The adjusted Salary Schedule mentioned here may be extended to LGU personnel, provided that the LGUs adhere to the Personnel Services (PS) limitations stipulated in the LGU budget under Sections 325 and 331 of Republic Act No. 7160. Authorization from the Sanggunian, as outlined in Sections 447(a), 458(a), and 465(a) of Republic Act No. 7160, is also required.
During the implementation of the salary increases, LGUs must ensure compliance with the following: (a) LGU personnel’s salaries authorized must align with the LGU’s income classification and should not surpass the specified percentage of the Salary Schedule outlined in Section 7.

Ganda sana kaso ang alam ko senate bill pa lang, wala pang approval ang proposal para sa salary increase na ito.
Ewan ba, nagsimula naman ito kay P.Noy, sinundan agad ni PDu30.. tuloy tuloy di naman nagpalya. Bakit this year natengga na.. dapat sana before nag end ang 2023 nagkakaroon na ng approval ang standardization law for 2024 to 2027 diba?.. well.. 😑
