Recruitment Of College Librarian At St. Louis College of Education
Serve as the professional and administrative head of the College Library; Draw up and monitor the implementation of College Library strategic plan;
Establish and maintain procedures, policies and systems that made efficient library operation;
Plan, organise, coordinate and measure the work activities of all library personnel;
Collaborate with the relevant and appropriate institutional libraries and organisations within and outside the country to attract grants for library development and be exposed to international best practices; and Be a member of the Academic Board.
Recruitment Of College Secretary At St. Louis College of Education
Assist the Principal in the day-to-day administration and management of the College;
Be in-charge of all administration, secretarial and personnel matters of the College;
Be the Secretary to the College Council, all committees of Council as well as Statutory Committees of the College;
Ensure the functioning of all Boards and Standing committees of the College and be responsible for the co-ordination of the College’s strategic planning, policy formulation and implementation; and
Perform any other official function as may be assigned by the Governing Council or delegated by the Principal.

Liaising with the appointed external auditors to get the College’s financial statements audited; and
