CSSPS Placement Checker Portal

To purchase the CSSPS Placement Checker (e-voucher) to check for your SHS placement:

1. First Visit the CSSPS Placement Checker Portal Login: cssps.org or cssps.gov.gh.
2. Then buy the placement checker by selecting buy voucher option to buy the Placement Checker card through MTN Mobile Money
3. Proceed to make payment by choosing your mobile wallet and make a payment
4. You will receive an e voucher code with through SMS or Email
5. Use the Serial number and the PIN to check for placement or do self placement

CSSPS Placement Portal

1. First visit the CSSPS Placement Portal Login : https://www.cssps.org/
2. Then click on the Check Placement Option on the CSSPS portal
3. Afterwards, to enter your BECE index number and then enter your year of examination as follow: if your index number is 1234567890 and the year of your examination is 2023, then you will input: 123456789023.
4. Proceed to enter the Serial number and the PIN found on the E-Voucher you Purchased.
5. Then Click submit
6. Your SHS School placement status will be displayed containing the school you were placed into among other details
7. Finally click the print button to print your CSSPS SHS School placement and submit to the SHS you were placed into.

CSSPS Self Placement Portal

To do SHS self placement :

1. First Visit CSSPS website at www.cssps.gov.gh
2. Then Select check placement module on the page to continue the process
3. Then enter your e-voucher PIN and Index Number that you purchased and and tap on enter.
4. You will be redirected to the self-placement portal if you were not automatically placed.
5. You will be provided with a selection of schools to pick from based on your aggregate
6. Proceed to choose your desired school as well as your residential preference (day/boarding).
7. Finally, click on Confirm and print your self placement form.

CSSPS Verification And Confirmation Portal

After selection of schools and before placement are released, BECE graduates are required to confirm the school selection choices on the CSSPS Verify portal, follow the instructions below to verify your school selection

1. First visit the CSSPS Verify Portal Login : https://csspsverify.com
2. Afterwards enter your index number and token
3. Finally click on the “Fetch Candidate Selection” button to check and confirm your CSSPS school selection
