Step 2: Enter Mobile Number To Be Registered

• Input your 10-digit mobile number and tap the “Register” button.
• A text message containing a One Time Pin (OTP) will be sent to your mobile phone

Step 3: Enter The OTP

• Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to you within a five-minute window.
• Once OTP verification is complete, proceed to fill the registration form.

Step 4: Fill The TM Registration Form

• Fill the form with details such as: First Name, Middle Name (Optional), Last Name, Birthday, Sex, Nationality, Registration Type, Residence Information, Village/Subdivision, Province, City, Barangay and ZIP Code
