In compliance with regulations, the Electoral Commission displays the Provisional Voters Register for voters to review at designated Polling Stations across the country.

• The exhibition process runs from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. throughout the duration of the exercise.
• The main objective of this exhibition exercise is to provide potential voters with the opportunity to confirm the accuracy of their registration details as recorded during the registration process. It allows them to request changes or additions where needed and to ensure they have been correctly assigned to their designated polling stations.
• During the Voters Exhibition Exercise, registered voters have the following options:

• To verify your registration information via SMS for the Voters Register Exhibition, follow these simple steps:

1. 1. Dial the short code *713*81# on your phone.
   2. Input your 10-digit voter ID number.
   3. You will receive a prompt asking you to confirm a payment of 0.60 pesewas for your voter verification details.
   4. If you don’t see the payment prompt, please navigate to the approvals section of your mobile money wallet to approve the transaction.
   5. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive your voter ID details via SMS.
   6. If you identify any discrepancies in the information displayed, please visit an appropriate exhibition center to report the errors and have them corrected.

Process To Verify EC Voters Register

• In all 268 districts, District Registration Review Officers, who are District Court Magistrates, have been appointed to receive the provisional voters’ registers and related lists and forms that contain complaints and objections raised by voters during the exhibition process. Their responsibility is to assess each case and officially endorse every page of the register to confirm its accuracy.
• Voters are urged to visit the exhibition centers with their voter identity cards to verify their information. Registered voters who don’t have their Voter ID Cards with them can still confirm their details.
• Throughout the exhibition process, individuals have the option to request various actions. These include adding omitted names, raising objections to the inclusion of unqualified voters on the register, removing names of deceased voters, and obtaining replacements for damaged or poor-quality Voter ID Cards. Additionally, they can request corrections for misspelled names, rectify incorrect registration center codes, and amend other registration details, such as age and gender, if errors have occurred due to clerical mistakes.
