HR Data Analyst at GBfoods Africa
The HR Data Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing HR data, ensuring accurate updates within SAP systems, and leveraging data insights to enhance HR processes.
This role supports informed decision-making and improves overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain HR dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the region.
- Work closely with the Talent Manager to assess data requirements and provide analytical insights.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of HR data across all systems and reports.
- Support onboarding by entering new hires into SAP and managing exit processes for departing employees.
- Maintain precise employee compensation records while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Address employee concerns related to compensation, benefits, and rewards.
- Contribute to the budgeting process by assisting in planning and preparing regional budgets.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to resolve any HR SAP-related issues.
- Utilize SAP tools to generate reports and dashboards for tracking key HR metrics.
- Assist in developing budget analysis templates to support financial planning.

Qualifications & Skills Required
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferably three (3) years of experience in HR data analysis, compensation, or payroll.
- Strong advantage if familiar with SAP HR modules, particularly SuccessFactors.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to build relationships and work both independently and collaboratively.
- A positive approach to work with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis
