Nestlé is seeking an Inter Market Supply Planner to join their team at Nestlé CWA Head Office. This role involves managing and optimizing supply flows from export partners while addressing constraints to meet customer demand efficiently.
The planner is responsible for ensuring cost-effective operations, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and driving continuous improvements in import planning processes across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain supply plans that balance product availability and inventory costs, ensuring materials are stocked appropriately at various locations.
- Regularly review and adjust stock policies for all materials within the supply stream.
- Foster strong relationships with exporting and receiving locations to support seamless supply chain operations.
- Ensure timely and complete delivery of all innovation and renovation projects.
- Enhance collaboration between planning, procurement, and export teams to improve process connectivity.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and agility of the end-to-end supply chain.
Educational Requirement
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Mathematics is required.
Skills and Qualifications for Success
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
- Proficiency in SAP APO SNP and R3 systems for supply planning
- Awareness of current business and market trends
- Excellent writing, organizational, and presentation skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
