Primary Responsibilities
Monitoring & Evaluation:
- Design M&E frameworks, conduct on-site evaluations, and analyze data to assess program effectiveness and maintain quality standards.
Program Management:
- Oversee program activities, engage with stakeholders, manage budgets, and lead capacity-building efforts.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Compile detailed reports, document successful practices, and integrate insights into decision-making processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or a similar field (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience in M&E, program management, or a related area.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like SPSS or Stata.
- Strong communication abilities and familiarity with malaria prevention strategies in Ghana (advantageous).
- Capacity to work independently and effectively within diverse teams.
