M&E/Programmes Officer at Ghana Coalition Of NGOs In Malaria

Join us as an M&E/Programmes Officer and take on a key role in the strategic planning, execution, and assessment of our coalition’s initiatives.

 

Primary Responsibilities

Monitoring & Evaluation:

  • Design M&E frameworks, conduct on-site evaluations, and analyze data to assess program effectiveness and maintain quality standards.

Program Management:

  • Oversee program activities, engage with stakeholders, manage budgets, and lead capacity-building efforts.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Compile detailed reports, document successful practices, and integrate insights into decision-making processes.

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or a similar field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in M&E, program management, or a related area.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools like SPSS or Stata.
  • Strong communication abilities and familiarity with malaria prevention strategies in Ghana (advantageous).
  • Capacity to work independently and effectively within diverse teams.
