Primary Responsibilities

Monitoring & Evaluation:

Design M&E frameworks, conduct on-site evaluations, and analyze data to assess program effectiveness and maintain quality standards.

Program Management:

Oversee program activities, engage with stakeholders, manage budgets, and lead capacity-building efforts.

Reporting & Documentation:

Compile detailed reports, document successful practices, and integrate insights into decision-making processes.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or a similar field (Master’s degree preferred).
At least 3 years of experience in M&E, program management, or a related area.
Proficiency in data analysis tools like SPSS or Stata.
Strong communication abilities and familiarity with malaria prevention strategies in Ghana (advantageous).
Capacity to work independently and effectively within diverse teams.
