The Ghana Education Service (GES) has officially released the approved subjects and regional allocation for study leave with pay for the academic year, for teaching and non-teaching staff of the Ghana Education Service. Below are the Approved Courses / Subjects, Requirements and how to apply for GES study leave with pay and study leave without pay for the academic year.

Deadline / Closing Date For GES Study Leave Application

• The GES study leave with pay 2020 / 2021 registration / application process ends on 30th October.

GES Approved Courses / Subjects For Study Leave

The various approved GES Study leave courses / subjects are categorized into Arts, Ghanaian Languages, Business Education, Science, Agric Science, Vocational / Technical , Art/Fine Art/Industrial Art and non-teaching subjects. The leave is opened to both teachers and non-teaching staff. Supply and Logistics, Laboratory Technician and Library and Information Studies programs are for only non-teaching staff.
