Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Coordination
- Provide leadership and guidance on best practices, tools, and lessons learned in project management.
- Oversee projects assigned by the CEO and Operations Director, ensuring effective planning, execution, and risk management.
- Maintain a strategic overview of all projects, identifying dependencies, risks, and potential obstacles.
- Gather, analyze, and present data on project performance, risks, and impact to senior leaders and external partners.
- Coordinate with teams across the organization to align efforts and resolve challenges.
Project Governance
- Ensure risk management practices are embedded in all projects, working with teams to proactively identify and address risks.
- Promote continuous improvement by capturing best practices and facilitating project reviews.
- Use appropriate tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Tailor communication to effectively engage a range of stakeholders, from field teams to senior leadership and external partners.
- Present project updates, risks, and key insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive project success and foster collaboration.
- Ensure clear communication across teams, supporting alignment on priorities and expectations.
Other Responsibilities
- Represent the Operations Director, Ghana Country Director, or other senior leaders at external events when needed.
- Support broader team initiatives, contributing skills and experience to help advance Lively Minds’ mission.
