Revenue Manager at Movenpick Ambassador Hotel
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Revenue Manager to join our team in Accra, Ghana.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that maximize revenue and profitability by optimizing pricing and managing inventory effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement pricing and revenue management strategies to boost occupancy and profitability.
- Analyze market dynamics, competitor rates, and customer demand to guide pricing decisions.
- Oversee inventory and pricing across all sales channels to maximize revenue potential.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure revenue goals align with broader business objectives.
- Prepare and present performance reports and revenue forecasts to senior leadership.
- Monitor booking trends and adjust pricing strategies as needed.
- Identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities.
- Ensure the accuracy of revenue data and maintain system integrity.
- Keep up with industry trends and best practices in revenue management.
- Contribute to budgeting and long-term strategic planning.
- Mentor and train team members on revenue management techniques.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven track record as a Revenue Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in revenue management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
