The successful candidate will collaborate with production and maintenance teams to guarantee seamless operations.

Responsibilities
- Start and stop assigned production equipment as per routine schedule.
- Oversee lubrication and operation of machinery.
- Continuously observe and assess machinery performance, noting and reporting any irregularities in sound, speed, or function to supervisors.
- Review downtime records from the previous shift to identify potential issues.
- Assist in equipment installations and plant modifications.
- Ensure the Quality Assurance team evaluates and approves samples before production begins.
- Compile and submit production and maintenance reports to relevant managers.
- Conduct essential maintenance tasks to keep machinery in top working condition.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least three years of work experience.
- Certification in mechanical and electrical safety.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Skills & Competencies
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
