• The TM Registration portal was launched on December 27th. In compliance with the SIM Registration Act, mobile service provider Globe Communications, Inc. (Globe) has launched its online SIM Registration portal to allow sim owners register their sim cards.
• The launch of TM Registration portal is in line with the SIM Registration Act, which aims to curb the proliferation of text scams and other mobile phone related criminal activities.

TM Registration Requirements

1. Your Personal information such as Name, Address, date of birth and Nationality
2. A Selfie photo
3. A photo and ID Number of any of the following ID Cards is also required to complete your TM Registration

• Voter’s ID
• Driver’s License
• Philippine Identification
• Police Clearance
• Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID

TM Registration Link

TM Registration For Prepaid Subscribers

1. First Visit the official Globe TM Registration link at https://new.globe.com.ph/simreg.
2. Then Enter your 10-digit mobile number and click the “Register” button.
3. You will receive a One Time Pin (OTP) text message on your mobile phone you entered.
4. Then Enter the 6-digit OTP on the registration portal for it to be validated.
5. The TM Sim Registration form opens
6. Fill the globe TM sim registration form with the following details : Name, Birthday, Gender, Address, and Nationality
7. Then take a selfie and upload
8. Afterwards select the type of government ID and upload by clicking the “attach” button to upload a copy of your valid government ID.
9. Then tick the checkbox to agree with Globe’s Privacy Notice, Attestation of Completeness and Accuracy, Marketing and Promotional Permissioning, and Data Sharing.
10. Finally tab the “Submit” button to complete the registration process.
11. A reference number will be displayed on your screen, keep the reference number as proof of registration.

TM Registration For Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi

1. First Visit the official Globe TM Registration link at https://new.globe.com.ph/simreg.
2. Then enter your Globe TM At Home Prepaid WiFi mobile number and click “Register”
3. You will receive a One Time Pin (OTP) text message in your modem inbox.
4. Access the modem inbox by following these instruction:
   1. Connect to the network that matches SSID and password at the back of the device.
   2. Open a new browser window or tab. Type http://192.168.254.254/on your browser to access the modem dashboard.
   3. Click “log-in” on the upper right of the screen.
   4. Log-in with the username and password found at the back of the modem.
   5. Click “Device” on the left side to see the OTP message. Inbox should have enough space to receive the OTP message. Take note of your OTP.
5. Then disconnect from your Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi and reconnect to your working internet connection.
6. Afterwards go back to the portal page and enter the 6-digit OTP on the Globe registration website.
7. The TM Registration form opens

2. Then enter your Globe At Home Prepaid MyFi mobile number and click “Register”
3. You will receive a One Time Pin (OTP) text message in your modem inbox.
4. Access the modem inbox by following these instruction:
   1. Connect to the network that matches SSID and password at the back of the device.
   2. Open a new browser window or tab. Type http://192.168.254.254/on your browser to access the modem dashboard.
   3. Click “log-in” on the upper right of the screen.
   4. Log-in with the username and password found at the back of the modem.

TM Registration Limits

• You can register multiple SIM cards with TM or other telecom networks
• There is no limit to the number of SIMs registered under one name
• If you have TWO or more Globe TM SIM Cards, you must register each through the registration portal by repeating using the steps provided above until you have registered all SIMs under your name.
• If you have different SIM from other telcom service providers, such as DITO then you must register each SIM card under your name through the appropriate registration link provided by the specific telcom service provider.

TM Registration Deadline

• In 2025, new SIM cards remain eligible for registration without a set deadline.
• The registration deadline applied exclusively to existing and previously activated SIM cards, as outlined by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT).

TM Registration Sim Block

• Subscribers who do not register their Globe SIM cards within stipulated registration period, will have their sims deactivated and blocked from making and receiving calls, text messages, data usage etc.
