The Institute of Education of the University of Cape Coast (UCC) has Reopened the One Year Top Up Degree Portal For Diploma in Basic Education (DBE) holders to apply for the degree programme, this comes after the initial opening and closure of the UCC Reopens One Year Top Up Degree Portal For DBE.

 

After the abrupt unannounced closure of the initial application portal, the Institute of Education of the University of cape coast (UCC ) has  once again opened the One Year Top Up Degree Portal For application.

All teachers and Diploma in Basic Education (DBE) holders who could not apply for the initial application, now have the opportunity to apply by following the detailed procedures provided below:

 

How To Apply For The UCC One Year Top Up Degree Portal For DBE Holders

  1. First visit the UCC One Year Top Up Degree Portal For DBE Holders: https://topup.ucc.edu.gh/apply
  2. Then click on the “New Application ? Click me” section of the page if you are a new applicant
  3. Afterwards Fill the UCC One Year Top Up Degree application form For DBE Holders indicating the Programme of your choice and study your centre.
  4. Then Choose your elective subjects which are the elective you offered at college
  5. Click Submit when you are done filling the UCC One Year Top Up Degree application form
  6. After the application, your school fees, accommodation, and re-opening arrangements will be communicated to when the time is due .

I have made full payment of my admission fee for the UCC 1-year (3-semister) program and have even selected my both my study centre and my elective yet I have not received any message containing my registration number and my password. Meanwhile the e-learning is ongoing of which I am not able to do.
    So what do l do in order to be able to participate in the ongoing e-learning?

  33. I want to select visual arts as an elective subject and the study centre as kibi CoE but the option given does not include kibi college of education as it was stated in the document that was attached to the selection of elective subject and the study centre.

It seems we those who passed through college of distance education UCC have all not gain admission into the top up program due to our index numbers.management should contact UCC distance education for our data and stop telling us to refill,we are sick and tired of the refill,if we are not eligible please let us know.thank you

Please , I have applied for the 3 semesters top up program and filled up all the needed information about myself and submitted successfully but when i went to verify my details some weren’t there especially the date of birth meanwhile I refilled those spaces multiple times yet is still blank. Please, I have filled the form a couple times and all the required information about myself, but I have had a notification requesting that I provide my indix number used at the college so,they can process my admission and I did exactly that but, I haven’t heard from the management. Please, I need this admission a swift response to my application, will do me a lot of good. Thank you
