Here is the NDLEA 2025 portal and how to apply for the ongoing NDLEA Recruitment. NDLEA is recruiting for qualified and committed individuals to fill various job vacancies in the under listed fields.

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency invites applications from suitably qualified Nigerians for enlistment into the Agency.

The NDLEA application portal is open for a period of four weeks from Sunday 12th April for Interested applicants to log on to the NDLEA online recruitment portal 2025 at www.ndlea.gov.ng and complete the application.

• NDLEA is an abbreviation of National Drug Law Enforcement Agency. NDLEA came into existence under the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency Act, Cap N30, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004.
• NDLEA is responsible for eliminating the production, processing, trafficking, selling and abuse of hard drugs in the country.

General Requirements

1. You should be of Nigerian origin by birth and possess national identification number (NIN), computer literacy shall be an advantage for all cadres
2. If your certificate or qualification is not declared or tendered and accepted at the time of recruitment it cannot be presented subsequently for career progression in the Agency.
3. You should be medically fit and must produce a certificate of medical fitness from a government hospital.
4. You should not be less than 20 years or more than 35 years of age for the first category while the age limit for the second and third categories is 30 years and not less than 1 8 years at the point of entry. However, 40 years will be considered for Medical Doctors and Articulated Vehicle Drivers.
5. Your height should not be less than I. 65 meters for mal e and I .60 meters for female.
6. Applying Medical and Allied professionals must possess current practicing licenses while Lawyers must have been called to Bar.
7. You should be drug free and also be of good character and must not have been convicted of any criminal offence.

Recruitment Requirements 

Requirement For Superintendent Cadre (General Duties or Specialists)

1. Assistant Superintendent of Narcotics Il – CONPASS (08): applicants must possess first Degree/HND in any discipline from a recognized institution of learning and NYSC Discharge Certificate exemption Certificate.
2. Deputy Superintendent of Narcotics (CONPASS 10): applicants with MBBS or DVM on successful completion of training shall be granted the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Narcotics (CONPASS 10).
3. Assistant Superintendent of Narcotics I (CONPASS 9): applicants with LLB, BL, B.Eng (with COREN), B.Pharm, etc, on successful completion of training shall be granted the rank of Assistant Superintendent of Narcotics 1 (CONPASS 9).

Requirement For Narcotic Agent Cadre Requirement

1. Chief Narcotic Agent – CONPASS (07): You should possess a Nigerian Certificate of Education, registered nurses and midwives, Pharmacy technicians, lab technicians, dental technicians, or its equivalent from a recognized institution of learning.
2. Senior Narcotic Agent – CONPASS (06):  You should possess a National Diploma (ND) or its equivalent from a recognized institution of learning.
3. Narcotic Agent – CON PASS (05). You should possess 5 Credits in SSCE/GCE/NABTEB including English and Mathematics.

Requirement For Narcotic Assistant Cadre Requirement

1. Narcotic I – CON PASS (04): You should possess at least 4 Credits in SSCE/GCE/NABTEB including Mathematics or English Language.
2. Narcotic Assistant Il – CONPASS (03). You should possess at least 3 credits in SSCE/GCE/NABTEB including Mathematics or English Language.
3. Artisans, Mechanics, Drivers C leaners/Gardeners etc: You should provide evidence of completion of secondary school or Trade Test Grade Il or Ill

How To Apply 

1. First visit the NDLEA recruitment portal at www.ndlea.gov.ng or www.recruitment.ndlea.gov.ng 
2. Then click on the careers tab and read through the instructions carefully.
3. Afterwards click on the Apply Now button to register.
4. Afterwards the account sign up page will open
5. Proceed to fill the registration form with the right details to register
6. Then login with the account you created and apply for a desired position
7. You will be redirected to a page for the categories (select from list of categories)
8. Then Fill out the recruitment form and ensure all required documents listed below are uploaded:

• Educational Certificates.
• Certificate of State of Origin.
• Birth Certificate/l)eclaration of Age.
• Passport Photograph.
• National Identity Card.
• NYSC Discharge/Exemption Certificate.

5. You should print out your online generated slip on completion of your application.
6. You should print out your online generated photo-slip on completion and download referee forms to be completed by two (2) persons of reputable standing in the society as stipulated on the form when coming for the screening/interview.

Recruitment Guidelines

1. Successful candidates will be required to fill further vetting forms.
2. All successful candidates will be subjected to random illicit drug use test throughout their service in the Agency.
3. Note that only shortlisted applicants shall be invited for further examination and interview.

5. Multiple applications would lead to disqualification.
