Apply: Colleges Of Education Admission Forms Deadline Extended

According to a statement released by the conference of Principals of Colleges of Education (PRINCOF), the sales of the admission PINs/Forms for the 2020/2021 academic year has been extended for a week.

To this end, Consolidated Bank Ghana, VATEBRA, EBITS and Ghana Post are requested to keep the admission platform open and/or continue with the sale of PINs/forms for the extended period.

Colleges Of Education Admission 2020 / 2021 Forms How To Apply

1. Make payment of Gh¢ 115.50 into the Colleges of Education at any branch of Consolidated Bank Ghana or through TigoCash, VodaCash, and MTN Mobile Money by dialing the shortcode *924*8#.
2. Then visit https://admission.coeportal.edu.gh/
3. Supply your card information and ensure you keep the card safely for subsequent login.
4. Click ‘Login’ to start applying.
5. Fill Application form and supply all required details, as well as attaching a passport picture.
6. An applicant’s passport picture should be in JPG or JPEG format and must not exceed 40KB in size.
7. Click ‘Preview’ button to do any of the following;
   1. Click ‘Edit’ button to modify your application.
   2. Click ‘Save and Continue later button’ to save your application form for the option of coming back at a later time to edit.
   3. Click ‘Submit and Print Confirmation’ to complete your online application.
   4. After clicking on ‘Submit and Print Confirmation’, click ‘Print Form’ button to print Confirmation Page.
8. Keep your printed Confirmation Page safe. You will require your Application Form Numbershown on the page to check your admission status and also print your admission letter.
9. Click on the ‘Close’ to go back to the login page.
10. Each Applicant is required to print two copies each of his/her confirmation page and attach his/her results slip(s) and any other documents deemed important and forward same by post to the College of Education applied to. Failure to do so, means application won’t be processed
11. Quote your Application Reference/Form Number on your envelop.
