they dont owe you, they are only helping. Dont talk to them anyhow. It best you show respect and appreciation. They arent your slaves. If you have any resentment address it to the GES, not this staff. According to GES, you are to make lesson plans from syllabus or curriculum yourself, if u are really trained. Youve got some guys helping you with it free of charge too, u want to feel entitled. If it was that easy, do it yourself .
