God bless you sir for the great efforts for putting these across but it seems the other lesson notes for week five to 12 bears same as week four.
It is one file with all the respective weeks and levels in it. Look through that file and you will see it there.

It is one file with basic six week 4 to 12 in it. Look through to find the respective week for basic six you are after.
There is no lesson plan for term 2 week 4
