DVLA Online Application

The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) has announced that it has introduced new reforms in the processes leading to the acquisition, and renewal of driver’s licenses, this is to reduce road crashes in the country.

As part of the new reforms, henceforth drivers seeking new licenses or renewals will undergo a more comprehensive eye test to be conducted by certified ophthalmologists in Ghana.

This is as made known by the Director of Driver Training, Testing, and licensing at the DVLA, Kafui Semevo. He further stated that the new system will help make driver’s licenses issued in Ghana comparable to those issued in developed countries.
