The Office of the Head of the Civil Service (OHCS) has released an official notice for the Ghana Civil Service Online Graduate Entrance Examination shortlisting process and the schedule for the next Civil Service Recruitment exams. The official statement reads as follows:

Ghana Civil Service Online Graduate Entrance Examination Selection Notice
The Office of the Head of the Civil Service (OHCS) wishes to notify all candidates of the February edition of the Online Graduate entrance examination that, the next phase of the shortlisting process is scheduled for 1st July .
Successful candidates of the February edition of the examination would be notified via SMS from the “OHCS” on the modalities for the second phase which is an Online Essay Examination.
Candidates will be required to use a desktop/laptop computer with stable internet access for the duration of the examination.
Candidates are also to note that payment of GH¢ 50.00 for the examination is required for this phase. All payments are to be made on the day of the examination through the OHCS Online examination portal accessible through www.ohcs.gov.gh or www.ohcsexams.com
Unsuccessful candidates will receive further instruction to confirm their interest in joining the Ghana Civil Service. This will enable the OHCS to make adequate preparation for its inclusion in the next Civil Service Online Graduate Entrance Examination.
Please what about those of us who got between 18 and 20. ? Will we be given a chance to writ the second phase of the online essay?
I was shortlisted and was sent a message to write the first exam but couldn’t write due to a certain circumstances, can I write it this time?
Some of us keep applying for civil jobs 2009 yet I have never shortlisted. Is it real? Or have know someone before? Hmmm!!!
please I also apply for the Ghana civil service recruitment but didnot received any text message or did not take part in the entrance exams. so I want to know when to received mine to take part in the exams. Thank you
