  1. How can I get access to this learning channel when I don’t have proper network in my and also the money to bundle data day in and day out.

  2. How can I get access to this intervention in a village where the best network is 2Gil in my room which is even on and off. Right now I have to walk out of my room searching for network to do this comment. Or it’s only meant for the city children?

Don’t talk of the TV to make me weep because my TV set has been lying in my room for almost eight years now because there’s no electricity. Government in government out has promised minigrid to this island to no avail.

I’m worried for my children and the children on these island schools because I am the CS of the circuit.
