The WAEC Social Studies exams has two sections namely Papers 1 and 2. Papers 1 and 2 are combined in a composite paper taken at one sitting.
WAEC WASSCE Social Studies PAPER 1 consists of fifty multiple-choice questions, all of which should be answered within 1 hour 30 minutes for 50 marks.
WAEC WASSCE Social Studies PAPER 2 consists of two parts with a total of 15 questions. Candidates are to answer ten questions in all; all the questions in part 1 and five questions in part 2. The paper will last 2 hours 30 minutes and carry 100 marks.
