Nigeria Police Recruitment Portal Requirements – General Duty

  1. Prospective candidates need to be Nigerian citizens by birth and hold the National Identification Number (NIN).
  2. They are required to have a minimum of 5 credits in WAEC/NECO or an equivalent examination, achieved in no more than 2 sittings, and including passes in English and Mathematics.
  3. For General Duty, candidates should be aged between 18 and 25 years. All candidates must fulfill the necessary medical, physical, and psychological fitness criteria.
  4. Male candidates should be no less than 167cm tall, while female candidates should have a minimum height of 1.64m.
  5. Male candidates should also have a chest measurement of not less than 86cm (34 inches). Female candidates should not be pregnant upon entry.
  6. Candidates need to provide an active email address and phone number for communication. Statements of results or certificates from SSCE examinations taken before 2015 will not be considered. Candidates must have a clear financial record and should not have any criminal convictions.

 

Nigeria Police Recruitment Portal Requirements – Specialist (Artisan)

  1. Applicants shall be of Nigerian origin by birth and must possess the Nation Identification Number (NIN).
  2. Applicants must possess o minimum of 4 credits in not more thon 2 sittings in WASSCE/SSCE or Its equivalent with credit passes in English and Mathematics. Medical/Veterinary Assistants must possess a minimum of 5 credits in not mare than 2 sittings in WASSCE/SSCE or its equivalent with credit posses in English and Mathematics while any Certificate In relevant fields will be added advantage.
  3. Applicants must be aged between 18-28 years
  4. Applicants must be medically, physically, and psychologically fit and must not be less than 1 67m tall for males and 1 .64m tall for females.
  5. Applicants must not hove less than 86cm (34 inches) expanded chest measurement (for males only).
  6. Female Applicants must not be pregnant at the time of entry.
  7. O’ level statements of result or certificates relating to examinations taken before 2014 will not be accepted.
  8. Applicants must be free from any financial embarrassment and not convicted of any criminal offence.
