NSS Dashboard Allowance Portal 2024/2025

According to the Deputy Executive Director of the National Service Scheme (NSS), Gifty Oware-Mensah, plans are underway for the National Service Secretariat to increase the National Service Personnel’s (NSP) allowance 2024/2025.

As made known in an interview , the National Service Scheme (NSS) placed a proposal before the Education Committee in the Parliament and will be implemented when approved.

NSS Allowance Increment

She stated that the secretariat is demanding an increment beyond GH¢800.00 for National Service Personnel (NSPs) nationwide. This was made known with the following statement:
“We can come up with the figures when it goes for appropriation, but at this point, what I can say and confidently, is the fact that it will be more than the GH¢800 they are seeking”

About NSS Dashboard Allowance

Prior to this, the Coalition of Suffering National Service Personnel organized a demonstration in to air their displeasure about their allowances for 2024/2025.
The National Service Personnel (NSPs) were demanding an increment in their allowance because of the high cost of living in relation to their allowances.
