Here is What to Do if you have not received the Ghana Immigration Service Appointment Letter which has just been released.
While most applicants who were successful after the Medical Examination have been issued appointment letter through their emails and downloadable in their GIS Portal other applicants have complained of not receiving an appointment letter at all. This post is to guide you as to what to do in such an instance.

GIS Appointment Letter: What to Do If You Have Not Received Yours
- First of all note that, to receive an appointment letter, you should have gone through the GIS medical examination and been successful.
- Note that the medical examination itself is being done in batches, as such many are yet to undergo the medical examination.
- Only those who have been successful at the GIS Medical exams are being issued with the appointment letters as such wait for your turn for the Medical exams before expecting an appointment letter.
- Contacting of applicants for the medical examination is by phone call and, as such each you should make your phone available as a team from GIS can call you at any time.

They did not call me for medicals
Please,what if an applicant is called and couldn’t be reached as a result of poor Network at where the applicant is,will there be any other form of getting the applicant via SMS or once you’re called and couldn’t be reached due to network problems that’s all,you won’t be called back again because some didn’t receive the screening messages via SMS yet still when they went,they were permitted to be screened

I have not received the prison services notification yet please
I learn that some people has gone for medicals wholes I am still at home

I have undergone the medical examination organized for Ghana immigration service applicants .As at now I have not receive my appointment letter while others are called for their appointment letter.
Why not a text message but rather a phone call for the medical examination. This is going to be of great disadvantage to successful applicants living in rural communities. Telecommunications network is a scarce resource in most part of the country, in some communities people have to converged at a point to make calls. In such situations how will prospective applicants received the phone call which can be called at any time.
