Civil Service Entrance Exam Results

The Office of the Head of the Civil Service (OHCS) wishes to notify candidates who wrote the second round Civil Service Graduate Entrance Examination, on 30th August, that OHCS exams results of those who passed.

The pass mark is 70%. Candidates may visit the OHCS website, www.ohcs.gov.gh, or at the ground floor of OHCS to check their examination results.

Civil Service Entrance Exam Results

Candidates are to Click www.ohcs.gov.gh to download and view the Examination Results
If you scored the pass mark of 70% (21/30) and above have been scheduled for an interview.
All Passed candidates are to bring along original copies of their Academic Certificates, National Service Certificate, Birth Certificate, Valid Photo National ID Card, Affidavit (if you have had a change of Name)

OHCS Exams Results – Interview Date and Schedule

The next stage of the recruitment process into the Civil Service is a face-to-face interview session. The date for the interview will be communicated to successful candidates.

Date of the interview will be communicated through text messages to respective candidates.

for the interview schedule
All Candidates who scored between 60% and 69% (18/30 to 20/30) are to join the second round of written examination to be taken at the Civil Service Training Centre, Cantonments Accra
The written examination is FREE and ONLY for Candidates who scored between 60% and 69%.
Candidates who scored between 59% and below were unsuccessful.

Civil Service Entrance Exam Unsuccessful Candidates

All unsuccessful candidates who still seek an opportunity to join the Service are required to re-apply via https://www.ohcsonline.com/register from November onwards.
The next Civil Service Online Graduate Entrance Examination is scheduled for February.
