GES Grants Access To GSS To Train Field Officers In Schools

The management of the Ghana Education Service has finally granted the Ghana statistical service access to some Basic schools in the country to enable them to train field officers for the 2021 population and housing census.

From 31st May to Wednesday, 9th June the Ghana statistical service will kick start the training of field officers and enumerators for 2021 PHC.

In view of this, GES directed all Regional and District Directors of Education to grant GSS some of the basic schools in their Various Regions to train field officers. This was made known with the following statement:

“Given the above, you are kindly requested to grant the Ghana Statistical Service Officials
access to some Basic Schools facilities to enable them train field personnel for the 2021″

The management of Ghana Education Service in the letter, therefore, request to inform Metropolitan, Municipal & District Directors of Education to kindly draw the attention of the following heads of selected basic schools within their district.
