Below is the official statement released by the Ghana Education Service (GES) on the release of the GES Posting Of Trained Teachers From Colleges of Education.

Management wishes to inform all 2017 and 2018 Trained Teachers From Colleges of Education that postings have been realesed with effect from October 28th 2020. All eligible teachers should:
  1. Log on to https://gespromotions.gov.gh to access your postings.
  2. Pay 10.00gh via MTN Mobile Money.
  3. Print Out your Posting details.
  4. Submit it to the Regional Education Office where you have been posted before reporting to your school.

How To Check Full GES Postings For Trained Teachers, Colleges And University Graduates 2020 / 2021

 

Procedures stated by the Ghana Education Service (GES) for the GES Posting Of Trained Teachers From Colleges of Education are as follows are as below:

  1. Frist Logon to htttps://gespromotions.gov.gh to access your GES postings 2020 / 2021.
  2. Then Pay 10.00gh through MTN Mobile Money
  3. Afterwards Print out your posting details
  4. Then Submit it to the Regional Director for Education in the region of your new posting before reporting to your school.
  5. You are to check the GES Postings Of Trained Teachers From Colleges of Education list on the GES website for shortlisted teachers and pay Ghc10 through the MTN mobile money platform in order to print your GES appointment letters.
  6. Afterwards you are to report to the regional directors with your appointment letters and certificates for further directives.

 

Documents Required To Be Presented To The GES Regional Directors To Finalise Your GES Posting

You are to submit the following documents to finalize your GES Posting Of Trained Teachers From Colleges of Education:

  1. Submit Your college / university diploma or degree certificates
  2. Submit Your national service certificate,
  3. Submit Your licensure exams certificate
  4. Submit Your Birth certificate.
  5. Submit Any national ID card
  6. Submit A SSNIT Biometric card
  7. Submit Your Bank Account Details

  1. Not all of us are posted, why? Many of us with the required documents are live unposted and we don’t know reason behind that.

  2. What about WASSCE and BECE certificates as required documents to be submitted to regional offices? Are they part or not?
