The Ghana Education Service (GES) has officially released the approved subjects and regional allocation for study leave with pay for the next academic year, for teaching and non-teaching staff of the Ghana Education Service. Below are the Approved Courses / Subjects, Requirements and how to apply for GES study leave with pay as well as study leave without pay for the next academic year.

About The GES Study Leave With Pay

The Ghana Education Service (GES) released documents stating the approved study leave courses / subjects for qualified staff willing to study at the a tertiary institution.

The percentages allocated to the various subjects are as stated below. This is to assist Teachers who wish to go on further studies .

The various approved GES Study leave courses / subjects are categorized into Arts, Ghanaian Languages, Business Education, Science, Agric Science, Vocational / Technical , Art/Fine Art/Industrial Art and non-teaching subjects. The leave is opened to both teachers and non-teaching staff. Supply and Logistics, Laboratory Technician and Library and Information Studies programs are for only non-teaching staff.
