The Official  Ghana Immigration Service (GIS) Recruitment is scheduled into Four (4) Phases as follows:

1. Recruitment Phase 1 – Online Application : The First Phase of GIS Recruitment is Online Application, which involves the Online Registration on the GIS ePortal by suitably qualified members of the public. This Phase has been concluded for the 2020/2021 session.
2. Recruitment  Phase 2 – Screening, Documentation Review, and Application Status which involves reviewing and screening of your application and documents by GIS and Checking of your Application Status to know if you are shortlisted.
3. Recruitment Phase 3 – Aptitude Test Screening: which requires Qualified applicants from body selection to undergo a general aptitude test. The date for this Phase is communicated to qualified applicants, it is after the previous phase is completed.
4. Recruitment Phase 4 – Medicals Screening: which requires that Applicants who pass the aptitude test are invited to do their medical examinations. The Date for this phase will be released after completion of the previous phase.
