Here is the Ghana Library Authority Read2Skill Workforce Recovery Programme. In line with our vision of connecting every Ghanaian to knowledge resources, the Ghana Library Authority has signed a partnership with the Commonwealth of Learning (CoL) to roll out online learning for skills acquisition in Ghana.
The project, named“Read2Skill workforce recovery programme” will be offering scholarships to five thousand (5,000) Ghanaians in its first year through a competitive application process. The Read2Skill workforce recovery programme forms part of GhLA’s technology strategy to radically connect Ghanaians to learning resources through online learning platforms.
Apart from Ghana, there are other countries such as Nigeria, Kenya, Barbados, Canada, India, Bahamas, Sri Lanka etc who would be benefiting from this projects.
