The Ghana Immigration Service has finally begun sending text messages containing GIS screening date and GIS screening centers to all successful applicants.

This is as confirmed by hundreds of applicants who received such text messages.

Here is the GIS Screening Notice officially released on all platforms of the Ghana Immigration Service debunking earlier circulated dates and schedule. The statement as sighted by us reads as follows:

IGNORE FAKE NEWS ON NEXT STAGE OF RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  • The Ghana Immigration Service wishes to inform all applicants in the recently published recruitment exercise and the general public to ignore news circulating on social media that body selection and/or medical screening begins on Monday, 18th October, 2021.
  • The general public is advised to disregard all such news.
  • Applicants qualified for the next stage will receive specific information via text messages and/or emails on what to do.
  • You can however check your GIS Shortlist Status Here

  14. I have received an incomplete message. The message does not contain place, date and time.
    The message writes
    “am for Body Selection and Document Authentication. Come with your confirmation PDF, original and copies of all certificates (birth and school).”

Good morning, please l lost my birth certificate and that of my bece in flood,so when the forms were out l filled that of the bece part by downloading the results from waec and l swear an affidavits in place of that, l qualified and now lm to report at the baba Yara sports stadium on Tuesday for screening and my bece certificate and birth certificate is not yet ready, will l be allowed to take part in the screening exercise because apart from that 2 all other documents are intact.Thank you…

Good morning,please l lost my birth certificate and bece certificate in flood, l applied for new ones which is not yet in so with the certificate l filled the results with that of the results but l haven’t received the original yet from waec so l had to swear affidavits in place of the birth certificate and bece results will l be allowed to take part in the screening

  19. Please what if your biometric birth certificate is not ready but you have the old one and your Ghana card?
