NTC Certificate Distribution For Private School Teachers – GNACOPS

The National Teaching Council (NTC) in collaboration with GNACOPS is set to distribute NTC certificate to all private school teachers nationwide. This was made known by the Ghana National Association of Private Schools on its social media pages with the statement:

About The NTC Certificate Distribution For Private School Teachers

GNACOPS would like you to notice the following important issues that The National Teaching Council, NTC, in collaboration with GNACOPS would issue certificates for participation to teachers who will successfully complete the training.

NTC has opened its Teachers Portal for GNACOPS, for each private school teacher who participates in the CCP training would be registered and scored CPD points for licensing.

GNACOPS is the only private education body that mandated by the Ministry of Education through NaCCA to train private school teachers for certification.

The CCP training, which would last for five days would for every region, starts from a Wednesday to Sunday.

The Ghana National Council of Private Schools (GNACOPS), in collaboration with the Pre-Tertiary Directorate (MoE) through the support of National Teaching Council (NTC) and National Council for Curriculum and Assessment (NaCCA) , is organizing Training on the Common Core Program (CCP) for all Private School JHS1-SHS1 Teachers across the country.

Common Core Program (Ccp) Training  Certification

  • GNACOPS and NTC will jointly issue Certificate and ID Card to participants at the cost of Ghc20 each.
  • These will serve as the basic certification for CPDs and Provisional Licence issuance by NTC.

  2. Hello….
    Please when will the professional training begins with in-service teachers at the private school who are with GNACOPS.
    In addition for those of us who are in other institution, running other courses and later joined NTC through GNACOPS. What will happen to us?
