The Payslip Checker allows government workers to access the CAGD E Payslip Portal. The Payslip Checker helps the Controller & Accountant General’s Departments to meet its commitment to making workers payslips readily available and correct challenges faced with the delivery of printed payslips. The E-Payslip have been introduced to foster easy, faster and improved access to pay information.

The Payslip Checker was introduced by Controller and Accountant General’s Department (CAGD)  in October 2013 to improve the payroll system in Ghana.

The Payslip Checker was created to allow government workers to access their payslip and related services. This conveniently allows access to payslip services anywhere nationwide.

ePayslip allows you to have access to your payslip online from the convenience of your phone or laptop. The GoG Payslip is an online payslip checker for government workers to access their payment information.

Requirements To Register For Payslip Checker 

Before you access the Payslip Checker portal you need to sign up for your e-payslip account on the CAGD Payslip portal. You have to provide the following information on the sign up page to register for a Payslip Checker account:

• Employee number/ Staff ID
• Email Address
• Registration code
• Password
• Mobile number

How To Register For Payslip Checker 

To create a Payslip Checker account first obtain a first-time registration code from your human resource department, head or Validator then follow the steps below;

1. First Visit the Payslip Checker portal here: https://www.gogpayslip.com/
2. Then click on the Register For E-payslip link
3. Afterwards Enter your Employee Number or Staff ID
4. Then Confirm your Employee Number / Staff ID
5. Then Create a secured password
6. Afterwards Confirm your Password
7. Then Input your Registered Number
8. Then Enter a valid Email address
9. Afterwards Enter a valid Mobile Number
10. Then Confirm your Mobile Number
11. Then Enter the Code Shown on the screen
12. After filling in all the required details correctly, click on the Register Button to finish up the registration process.
13. After registration you will be taken to the Controller & Accountant General’s Departments’ E-Payslip Login page.
14. You’ll be required to enter your login details to login.

How To Sign In To Payslip Checker Login

1. First Visit the Payslip Checker login portal : https://www.gogpayslip.com/ 
2. Then Enter your  Employee number / Staff ID as your Username.
3. Then Enter your Password
4. And Input the code shown displayed in the next field
5. Finally click on the Login Button
6. You will automatically be login into your dashboard

How To Change Your Association In Payslip Checker 

The CAGD allows government workers to change associations on the E-payslip page. As such if you are wrongfully added to associations or you feel like changing your current professional association or If you detect a wrongful deduction due to an association you joined, and you wish to leave the association, do the following:

1. First Visit the Payslip Checker : https://www.gogpayslip.com/ 
2. Then Enter your Employee Number
3. Enter your Password and Input the code shown to login
4. Then click on Change of Association on your dashboard
5. You will see the associations you are part of.
6. Then Select the one you want to join or leave
7. Finally click send to complete the process.

How to Access Your Payslip Checker 

1. First visit the Payslip Checker: https://www.gogpayslip.com/
2. Then Enter your Employee Number and Password to Log in.
3. Then Select My Payslip from your dashboard
4. The system will automatically take you to your current payslip
5. Select the month you want to view
6. Afterwards Click on generate, then navigate to the Save or Print button located at the top of the page
7. Finally Click to save or print that month’s payslips summary.

How to Print Payslip Checker 

1. First Visit the Payslip Checker page: https://www.gogpayslip.com/
2. Then Enter your Employee Number
3. Enter your Password
4. Input the code shown
5. Then Select My Payslip from your dashboard
6. Select the month you want and click on the print button to print

How to Report Wrongful Deductions In Payslip Checker 

If a financial organization makes any wrongful, unauthorized, and over deductions deductions to your account, you can report the wrongful, unauthorized, and over deductions for reversal of such deductions.

1. First visit the Payslip Checker website : https://www.gogpayslip.com/
2. Then Enter your Employee Number and Password to Log in.
3. Then click on Wrongful Deductions from your dashboard
4. On the Wrongful Deductions page Select Month and enter the year the deduction was made then click on the search button.
5. If there are wrongful deductions for the particular period, it will be displayed
6. Then Describe theissue as thoroughly in the comment section provided and state the amount involved.
7. Finally click the submit complaint button to submit

How To Download Payslip Checker Online

1. First Visit the Payslip Checker page: https://www.gogpayslip.com/
2. Then Enter your Employee Number
3. Enter your Password
4. Input the code shown
5. Then Select My Payslip from your dashboard
6. Select the month you want and click on the print button to download your e payslip as PDF

How To Request Payslip Checker Staff Card

1. The Gogpayslip Staff Card is a feature on the epayslip system. The Payslip Checker Staff Card is to be issued to all employees on the Gogpayslip  payroll.
2. To request a GoG Staff Card, you will need a passport picture with a white background, of a size not more than 3MB and with a jpg extension.
3. After meeting the stated requirement on your profile, click on the “MY Staff Card” button on the dashboard and click  “REQUEST”

How To Upload Or Put A Picture On Payslip Checker 

Here are the steps to follow to put a picture on your Payslip :

1. First Visit the Payslip Checker page: https://www.gogpayslip.com/
2. Then Enter your Employee Number
3. Enter your Password
4. Then Input the code shown
5. At the top of the E-Payslip dashboard, click on the image icon on your profile beside your name
6. An image upload pop-up will appears
7. Then upload an image that meets the stated requirements above onto the CAGD dashboard.

How To Change Payslip Checker Phone Number

If you no longer want to use your current phone number mostly due to unsolicited loan messages been sent to your number, do the following

1. First Visit the Payslip Checker page: https://www.gogpayslip.com/
2. Then Enter your Employee Number
3. Enter your Password
4. Then Input the code shown
5. Afterwards click the “Change My Number” button
6. Then Enter and confirm your new phone number and submit

How To Reset Payslip Checker Password

If ou have forgotten your password follow the procedures below to recover it

1. First Visit the Payslip Checker page: https://www.gogpayslip.com/
2. Then selecting “forgot your password” below the “LogIn” button.
3. Then enter your employee number or staff ID and either the mobile number or email address you used for the registration.
4. Then click on the “Submit” button to reset your password. A new will be sent to either your password in either the mobile number or email address you provided.
