- A person seeking appointment as a Lecturer must possess a Ph.D in the relevant area of specialization.
- Possession of a qualification in education would be an added advantage.
- Persons with MPhil. or MSc./MFA by research in relevant areas of specialization who are enrolled in Ph.D programmes can apply.
