About Fedcivilservice Recruitment Portal

The purpose of the 2025/2026 Recruitment Portal is to provide employment opportunities for young graduates to be recruited into the Civil Service.
The Recruitment process begins with application by interested applicants followed by screening and examination of shortlisted candidates.
It is one of the highest paying Government agencies in Nigeria, due to this several Nigerians who are both unemployed and under employed to seek for employment with the FFederal Civil Service Commission for a better wage and job security.

Duties & Functions

Oversees all employment exercises that are aimed at adding new workforce into the civil service of Nigeria.
Issues guidelines to ministries and agencies on appropriate formats they should follow when carrying out recruitment.
Accesses the quality and experience of staff that are employed in civil service
Oversees promotion of civil servants, thus for a civil servant to be promoted, the Federal Civil Service Commission ensures that such promotion is merited and follows due process. The FCSC thus conducts interviews and exams aimed at promoting civil service staff
Makes sure that federal government employees who fails to adhere to all standards are disciplined.

Recruitment Portal Requirements

Applicants must possess a minimum of Five Credits in no more than two sittings in West African Senior School Certificate (WASSCE), National Examination Council (NECO) or General Certificate of Education (GCE) with Credit in English is compulsory
Applicants must possess a B.Sc, HND, NCE, OND certificate in a related field of study from a recognized institution
Applicants must possess Y.S.C discharge or exemption certificate
Applicants should not be over 35 years of age
Applicants should have a valid means of identification such as a valid driver license, National Identification Card, International passport or Voters card
You should have an updated Curriculum Vitae or Resume
You should have no criminal record
Past working experience will be an added advantage
Interested candidates must have good communication and interpersonal skills
You must be physically and mentally fit
You have a strong team spirit and excellent analytical skills
You must possess computer skills and the ability to use computer applications to work.
You should have the ability to meet deadlines in multiple tasking environments

Then click on vacancies at the top right corner of the page.
Then scroll through the displayed positions and click on a preferred vacancy
Then read through the job responsibilities and qualifications
Afterwards click on “Apply Now” button to begin the application process
The application form will then be displayed
Fill the application form by providing details such as your personal information and educational qualifications
Finally submit the online application form
