GSS Pays Final & Mop Up Allowance

The Ghana Statistical service has finally Payed Final allowance due all enumerators and supervisors who were yet to receive their final allowance. The allowance for the Mop Up exercise has also duly been paid.

GSS Pays Final & Mop Up Allowance

This comes after agitations between enumerators concerning their mop-up allowance. Payment has therefore been made as promised by the Statistical service.

 

What To Do If You Are Yet To Receive Your Payment

As stated in a letter sighted by us, all who are yet to receive it would receive from now till 31st October.

 

The Official Release

“”Management of GSS continues to express its profound gratitude to you for your dedication.

Currently, more than 90% of field officers have been paid the 70% balance field allowance due you. We are working assiduously to ensure that all field officers are paid.

Management is also aware of the outstanding payment for field officers who moved from their districts to support enumeration in large EAs in some districts in the Greater Accra Region.

We again want to assure all field officers involved that mop up payment will be cleared by the end of October, 2021.”

  1. Today is 26th Nov. And upto now our mobup and extension has not been paid. If they are not going to pay us they should just let us know. What kinda stupid life it this. Even the 70%of the contract koraa is underpaid. Yooo. Dont blame us for what we are about to do.

  2. We are yet to receive our mop up allowance and the ghc330 mistakenly deducted from our 70%. We’ve fulfilled our part of the agreement, so the delay is quite worrying…

  3. In northern Ghana our mop up allowance have not been paid yet. So we’re still waiting G-Money message to drop.

  4. Please your report is false, I haven’t received my 70% allowance this very moment, so are my other colleagues so I don’t know where you had the information that all field officers for the census have been paid, please do check your facts again. Thank you

  6. I was part of the field workers but I don’t understand why Ghc 440.00 was deducted from the 70%… I’ve reported the issue to the DCO but I haven’t received any positive feedback yet… I’m from Ledzokuku district

    What has GSS got to say about it

    1. They claim if you received the gh440 that was semt to field Officer with reference “extension part payment” but you didn’t take part in the extension, them the gh440 will be deducted from your 70% due you. Also done to some of my Enumerators

  7. DDQMT MEMBERS (That’s DITs, DFSs,DQMs)of the various regions and districts have not been paid their 30% plus extra days. What’s GSS saying about us?
