National Teaching Council NTC Professional Examination Date And Schedules For Prospective Teachers
- The NTC exams is taken twice a year, first batch in March each year and second batch in September.
- Registration for the first ever exam which was in 2018 took place in august 2018 and the exam was written in September 2018.
- The second edition of the exams which was the March 2019 year group begun registration around 17th march 2019 and wrote the exams on 25th and 26th march 2019.
- The third edition of the exams which was the September 2019 year group begun registration around 2nd September 2019 to 14th September 2019 and wrote the exams on 24th – 26th September 2019
- The fourth edition of the exams which is the March 2020 year group begun registration from February 24th to 11th March 2020 and are to take the exam from 25th to 27th March 2020.
Fees For Registration Licensure Examination
Fees for registration:
a) Fresh candidates are required to pay GHȻ 220.00 to register for the examination.
b) Candidates who are re-sitting are to pay GHȻ100.00 for one (1) Re-sit paper.
c) Candidates who are re-sitting two (2) papers are to pay GHȻ200.00.
d) Candidates who are re-sitting all the three (3) papers are to pay GHȻ 220.00
Payment Procedures For The NTC Licensure Examination
Payment can be made at any branch of GCB Bank LTD nationwide.
*** Candidates must notify the Bank as fresh students, re-sitting one, two or three papers.
• Take Pin and Serial No. from GCB Bank
Ltd after payment.
Registration Procedures For the NTC Licensure Examination
Log onto www.exams.ntc.gov.gh
• Enter your e-voucher Serial no. and Pin
• Fill in all the fields and remember to upload your passport-size photograph
NOTE: NTC will not accept any request for change of photograph after the examination.
• Review information provided and submit
• Print Summary of the inputs made
Closing Date Of The Registration For the NTC Licensure Examination
Completed application forms should be received online not later than 11th March 2020.
NB: There will be no extension in time for registration beyond the 11th March, 2020 deadline.
