1. To begin filling the GES Arrears Data Collection Forms first visit : https://nagrat.org/ges-arrears-data-collection-form/
2. You will be presented with the GES Arrears Data Collection Form
3. Please fill in the form and the appropriate authorities would get in touch with you if required.
4. On the form provide your Staff ID, First Name, Surname, Region, Management Unit, Phone, Current Rank, Amount Owed, From (Arrears Start Date), To (Arrears End Date), Description of Arrears and Attach required Documents
5. Note that fields with * asterisks are compulsory .
