I think we the newly posted teachers must be given in-service training concerning this new lesson note. Why? This is because some of us were posted to JHS for the NSS when the old format was still in used, and also, then, those of my colleagues that were posted to primary level had the chance to attend the workshop for the writing of the New lesson note. Now unfortunately for some of us, when the official posting came, we are now given primary whilst they now introduced the new lesson note (learner plan) at the JHSs. Which is very bais and unfair .what am trying to say is that I couldn’t had the chance to participate in any of the trainings given, because of the way I was tossed up and down.
