  2. Out of the 75 thousand, only 6,500 were needed, so the service sorted it out using the subjects that needed teachers the most.
  3. Even after sorting out using the subjects below, it was realized that 30 thousand qualified

  1. Pls why is it that degree in basic, early childhood and the distance students were not posted.

  2. Hmmmm! The postings were done on merit whom u know so young graduates pray for Gods intervention

  3. So if 30,000 graduates qualified, what of the rest of the 30,500 unposted graduates. I offered degree in early childhood education but I wasn’t posted.non of my colleagues and even those who offered degree in basic education was posted. Am confused, ei GES hmmm. This explanation is false

  4. So why didn’t they specify the criteria before the application was made?
    Always playing with everything.

  5. I thinks we have to disregard schooling.
We wasted resources in schooling but,
someone who doesn’t know the four corners of a classroom is always better off as to compare to amount of time, energy and money one’s wasted in the name of education.

  7. Greedy liars….. After sitting and passing licensure we still didn’t get posted. 2024 is just around the corner.

  8. Hmmmmm, I have first degree in Basic Education (mathematics) which was a criteria but was not posted. I don’t even understand the situation any longer.

  9. Hmmmmm Ghanaian Leaders.Remember that it’s we who made you the so remember us.A to the Director General of Education. Are you constelling UTDBE program? lf not why are you not employing us? please do something we are suffering.thanks

  10. I just don’t understand at all, always playing with the needy people, why do we even go to school?hmm doing politics with the needy

  11. Hmmmm than why promise that diploma in basic education are included. U people don’t know what we are going through at home

  12. If that’s the criteria for selection, then, why were we mandated to partake in the “Teacher’s Licensure Examination”??
After passing the Teacher’s Licensure Examination, what next???

We’re still waiting anxiously to be recruited.
    Thank you.

    1. It’s a big lie!!!!!!!!!!!
      Favouritism went on seriously!

I’m still waiting to know what actually disqualified some of us with the credentials at our disposal.

      God will speak soon.

  13. Is a lie, go to the various SHS and you realize the number of vacancies available. They are need of teachers. MP’s are in parliament demanding an increase to their exgracia from 4 billion to 6 billion just imagine and to give an employment to the poor Ghanaian just to pay him/her 2000gh is wahala with all this fabricated stories. Hmmm God is watching.

    1. They are just wasting our time and our resources,I don’t even know their minds, always doing politics with we the university graduates. Always corruption that they do,go and register,we went,go and check ur appointment,we go,only realising that they are just taking our money for fraudulent

    2. This minister of education doesn’t know what he is doing, if you know you only needed the degree graduate, why would you asked all the diploma holders to write the NTC exam before they can be posted,? Fire from heaven will burn you all !!!!!these politicians.

  14. Please, any information about recruitment of basic school teachers with diplomas.

  15. I want to know if the ges graduate recruitment recently done is done in batches or all is released.
    Please help me out .

  16. B. Ed. Mathematics, but was not posted after providing all the require documents. So how true is this sorting?

  17. Why train many teachers when their services are not needed? What happens to the resources that were invested into the training of these University/College graduates teachers? What is the teacher-students ratio in Ghana? How were these supposed selected graduates distributed? How are these needed areas more important than others? And if other subject areas are irrelevant why consider them in the educational curriculum? Etc. Attempting to answer these questions will reveal that Ghana is….draw your own conclusions.
    Oh my country Ghana 🇬🇭!!
    Until when?

  18. But GES made mention that, they have included Diploma graduates to filled in the vacancies the COE graduates could not occupied which unfortunately couldn’t been done, ooh what a promised and failed decision

  19. So what’s the essence of going to school these days.
Struggle through education only to realize that, you have to bribe before getting a job.
    God have mercy on us.

  20. Why does it if feel like we are schooling for nothing or better still waiting our precious time and effort schooling.
I wish I find myself in a different country . when will our leaders change their ways and start helping the people in the country and stop this to whom you know kind of thing

  21. It’s always been painful to vote to retain a president in power, including his appointees and one will never gain employment whilst taught education to become a teacher from recognized universities. Hhhmmm!!!We live to see 2024 from now because I don’t have short memory at all……

  22. So what happened next?, this is not a complete justification, explain how two people with the same qualifications but one with 3rd class was chosen ahead of the other with 1st or 2nd class upper students

  23. It’s absurd to hear that graduates with only degree in education are recruited, leaving behind those with diploma but not from the colleges of education.
The university of Cape Coast and The University of Education(Winneba) offer diploma in education. I then ask if the MoE and the GES are waiting for these that can be called graduates to form ‘Unemployed University Trained Teachers Association'(UTTA).

  24. Please what of the agricultural students, are we not needed anymore in the system. Most of the agricultural university students are still home, and those of us whose license exam just came did not benefit from this recruitment, please why? Don’t let our struggle be in vain.

  25. Please what of the agricultural students, are we not needed anymore. Most of the agricultural university students are still home, and those of us whose license exam just came did not benefit from this recruitment, please why?

  26. Well noted ,but pls are you sure is the right way to leave some of us after toiling to secure a university cert, National service, licensure cert etc, behind? OK if we are not qualified to teach some relatively subjects what else can we do for now when we are already in our fourths (40) hmmm bad governance ayekoo

  27. About ninety-eight percent (98%) of the basic schools needs Ghanaian Language Teachers meanwhile Ghanaian Language Graduates’ Teachers who did language in education (DANGME EDUCATION) in the Greater Accra Region to be precise Ningo Prampram District, (Ada East and Ada West) and part of Eastern Region (Manya Klo and Yilo Klobo) are at home not been recruited meanwhile they wrote the teachers license exam and passed. Henceforth, I will like to urge GES to post us to the basic schools to educate the children to prevent our language and culture from dieing in our localities. Thank you.

  28. What qualification are they talking about?
I have Early Childhood with first class from UCC yet l was not picked.
Are they telling us that all those who were picked are more qualified than some us and not because of something else?

  29. So we are not graduates despite our struggle in the, university,God go shame our leaders paaa

    1. It’s always been painful to vote to retain a president in power, including his appointees and one will never gain employment whilst taught education to become a teacher from recognized universities. Hhhmmm!!!We live to see 2024 from now because I don’t have short memory at all……

  30. So after sorting out using subjects n realizing that 30 thousand still qualified.
What did u do next ? if not bribes n fixing of NPP gurus.

    1. If GES knows that they are recruiting for a specified Subjects then they should have advertised for the specified Subjects only.
Why should they make over 200000 persons waste their money to apply for a job post that less than 5% will be considered.
