The Ghana Scholarships Secretariat respectfully writes to inform you that, the Nationwide District scholarship selection interviews for the academic next academic year commences on Monday 23rd August in all the 260 MMDAs in Ghana

Ghana Scholarship Secretariat District Level Interview Panel Members

As the practice has been, sitting MPs are expected to be part of the selection interviews in their respective Assemblies to assist in interviewing and making recommendations on qualified applicants for consideration of the scholarship award.

For avoidance of doubt, the District Level Scholarship Review Committee is comprised as follows:

1. The MMDCE
2. A representative from the Traditional Authority in the District
3. A District Education Director/A Representative from a Tertiary District
4. The sitting MP in the District
5. 2 Representatives from the Scholarships Secretariat

The Scholarships Secretariat is liaising with the MMDAs for the scheduled interview dates as well as the list of applicants expected to be interviewed and the Assemblies would communicate this to all Panel Members.

The Secretariat is respectfully anticipating your maximum participation in this important exercise.
