How To Change CSSPS School Placement

1. The free SHS transfer policy on transfer is that students requiring transfer from senior high schools will have to first take a release letter from the current school you were placed
2. Then contact the administration of the school you are interested in for an assurance letter
3. Afterwards submit both the release letter and  assurance letter to the Free SHS Secretariat for processing
4. The Free SHS Secretariat will make sure that you have been cleared by your current school.
5. Then your data is migrated from the old school to the new school by the FSHS Secretariat and alert the heads of both schools of the transfer.
6. The Free SHS Secretariat will then give you a letter to present to the Head of the new school for admission

Can I Change School After CSSPS School Placement

The second option aside transfer is to do self placement however you must satisfy the following conditions

• You must be a candidates who has not been Automatically Placed in any of your selected CSSPS schools
• If you meet the above conditions then proceed to the self placement portal to select schools with available vacancies.

CSSPS School Placement Cut Off Points

• The cut-off point for CSSPS School Placement is when students get aggregate 9 in the following core subjects: English, Maths and Science. In such instance such a student will not be considered for placement.
• In such instance students are to register for the Private BECE to re-write the BECE exams in the failed areas for placement in any of the Senior High Schools.
